Was it end of September or beginning of October? Can't remember any more. But the day was one massive Rugby tournament. Both U of A and U Vic came down for the day. The guys started out with their games and were to be followed by a UBC Rhinos (girls) vs. U Vic girls game. Unfortunately the latter never came to be as the U Vic girls bailed on it preferring to go drinking and clubing rather than getting all bruised and sweaty. Can't do much about that!
Either way, the day was a huge success anyways with 3 fantastic games by the guys and then a girls rugby clinic afterwards. Enjoy the pics! The guys games were truly physical with a number of serious injuries, that hopefully are healing well.
